Our IT process generally consists of these steps:
    1. Assess client needs and write an implementation strategy (technology solution, management implications, timelines, action steps, training requirements, budget, responsibilities, success indicators).
    2. Identify potential service and product providers and write RFP(s) on behalf of the client.
    3. Assess proposals and undertake follow-up discussions with providers.
    4. Develop implementation plan with our client and provider(s).
    5. Project manage implementation.
    6. Monitor the operation of the new technology and work with the client and provider to fine tune.
    7. Continuous improvement.
