Chris Ballard, President, is an experienced business developer with an extensive background in strategic management, public affairs and marketing communications.

Michael Ballard specializes in developing and delivering programs to assist clients build their business through his resiliency and rapid innovation strategies and programs.

Lee Thomas has won awards in advertising, marketing and sales in his 25-year career. His experience encompasses B2B and B2C marketing and sales with a special focus on business development and new product introduction.

James Wilson has extensive experience working with First Nation governments and development corporations. Most recently, Mr. Wilson was SAO of a northern community where he implemented an strategic and operational review. Before than, he let the turn-around of a First Nation development corporation, taking it from insolvency to profitability in 18 months.

Audrey Green is Project and Office Administrator for CSB Communications Inc. She brings an extensive set of skills to the company, including project management, research, copy-editing, and administrative management.
